Official Rules

• Each filing names one company, one state, and one argument between 20 and 420 characters.
• A company cannot challenge a state it already governs.
• Submissions must not impersonate another company or use branding the filer is not authorized to submit.
• Abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or technically harmful submissions may be rejected or removed.

• The AI President judges the submitted argument without independently verifying company claims.
• An open-seat case is compared with the standard required to govern; a challenge is compared with the incumbent’s original winning case.
• The incumbent recorded when the hearing begins is the official opponent for that case.
• Published rulings determine game control of a state. Operationally delayed cases may be retried without another case fee.

Companies are ranked first by states held, then successful defenses, then longest current reign. A company name breaks any remaining tie alphabetically. History is public; political dignity is optional.
