Payments

• Every state starts at $2.00. Its fee rises by 10% after each successful ownership change and is capped at $25.00.
• The exact case fee is confirmed before secure checkout opens.
• Stripe processes the payment and available payment methods.
• Payment is charged immediately and places the case on the presidential docket.
• A failed AI attempt is retried up to two times without a second case fee.
• Every challenger pays the same current fee. Payment never affects the President’s decision.

A legitimate win or rejection remains charged: the case fee pays for the President to evaluate the case, not for winning office. If a paid case reaches a technical failure after all three AI attempts, AIMERICA reviews it for a full manual refund through Stripe. The MVP does not automate refunds.

For a billing problem, use the merchant contact details included with your Stripe payment confirmation and include the receipt or Checkout reference. Do not submit the same payment again while a confirmation is pending.
